I started this company in July 2023 to provide a level of professional, experienced and independent assistance to the lettings industry that I believe to be missing in Manchester and Salford.

I worked in the property management industry for over 16 years, a time which included running successful property management teams in a number of large organisations. I know only too well the importance of starting, managing and ending tenancies in the right way and believe the inspection and reporting services I now offer to be invaluable for all interested parties.

Our inventories, check out reports and interim inspections are completed using the latest technology and available to our clients within 24 hours of attendance (at the latest). We can attend appointments with 48 hours notice (or less).

Since July we have built strong working relationships with a number of Build to Rent providers, independent and corporate letting agents and individual Landlords but are always looking for new businesses to assist.
