A detailed, exhaustive and comprehensive inventory report is integral to starting a new tenancy in the right manner. As is a professional introduction to the property for the new tenants.

Our process

We will attend the property on your chosen day. Where necessary we will meet and greet the tenants and formally hand over any keys and fobs.

Using the latest app based technology we will compile the report, detailing all aspects of the property and their condition and recording meter readings where possible.

You will receive the subsequent report within 24 hours of our attendance.
